Sevastis’ Kitchen

Cooking experiences and lunch take place in Sevastis’ Kitchen, where the panoramic views are breathtaking.

This kitchen is a tribute to Sevasti (=honoratus, majestic) the family’s uber-mother. In 1877 she oversaw the cooking for the workers in her husbands’ Athenian commercial business. It is a sunny and airy room, with a fantastic undisturbed view of the Aegean Sea to the south. The bistrot-tables can seat up to 18 people and can be used by the estates’ guests for private cooking demonstrations of the local cuisine or wine tastings. It is fully air conditioned and can be used with the large windows closed during the summer months. The kitchen is surrounded by greenery, fig trees, pear trees, apple trees, apricot trees, thyme, mint, rosemary, oregano, lemongrass, lavender and, of course, white & red edible grape varieties. Savour local dishes and experience wine tastings with friends and family. Let the scents of herbs, ancient trees, grapes and wine take you back in time or create new memories for your friends and loved ones!
