Our Myrtilos line takes its name from the Ancient Greek hero Myrtilos, the charioteer of King Oenomaos of Peloponese, who gave his name to the Myrtoan Sea. On the label you will find traces of the mosaics that decorated the Roman and Byzantine courts of the Karystian rulers of the time.

Myrtilos Rose is made of 100% Syrah grapes grown on the Karystian plains. as a beautiful bouquet with intense floral and bay leaf aromas, characteristic of the variety. It is floral on the nose with notes of strawberry, orange zest and cherries, with a crisp mouth and an lingering finish. It pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, salads and spicy Asian dishes, cold cuts, grilled red mullet, fried shrimp, risotto and pasta with light sauces.

Wine Style: Rose, Still, Dry

Alcohol by Volume: 13% vol

Vinification:  White vinification with light maceration. Cold fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks in order to keep its freshness, delicate aromas and crisp acidity.

Serving : Enjoy at 10 °C.
