The Gardens

The surrounding orchards evoke the delicate aromas of lemon blossoms in spring.

The estate is blessed with water from Ochi, the nearby mountain, and has been productive through the ages. The fertile arable land formed on terraces, “pezoules”, produces agricultural products of excellent quality. In the past, these gardens were planted with horticultural crops and fruit trees. Citrus trees – mainly lemon trees – have thrived in recent years. At present, the estate vineyard produces dry and dessert wines, following a tradition from Antiquity with vinification from sun-dried grapes, known as “passerillage”.
